Initial Assessment We offer an initial free assessment of your current ICT equipment and structure. The assessment generally takes 1 to 2 hours and involves auditing your existing equipment, staff filling in questionnaires and then the provision of a report with a meeting to discuss.We will then offer appropriately specified schedules with costings based on the level of cover and the current condition of your ICT equipment.

Emergency Callout Cover

Remote support using Citrix. We use Go To Assist for remote support of our clients.

We define 'emergency' as a member of staff being unable to work due to un-serviceable equipment. We 'will' contact you within 1 hour of your initial contact with one of out staff and aim to be on-site within 4 hours to attempt a 'first fix'. This will take place during normal business hours.

Out of hours

As Emergency Callout Cover but with no limitation as to normal business hours.

Maintenance

As 'Emergency Callout Cover' but with appropriate scheduled maintenance to avoid emergencies.

Development

Again as the above 'Emergency Callout Cover' but with appropriate development work specified and scheduled. For example, Web site development, upgrade to ADSL, off-site backup, server installation and staff training.
